The rural land property right system plays a key role in the development of Chinese rural economy .With the development of the whole society's economy, the current rural land property right system can not adapt well to the development of the productivity. To set up an effective rural land property right system model is the main task of this thesis. The author bases this thesis on the theory of property right system, analyze the evolution history of Chinese rural land property right system, probe into the tendency of the evolution, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current rural land property right system, and try to set up a land-resources-arranged-by-market rural land property right system model under the framework of rural-land-owned-by-collectivity system and the family-contracts-to-run system. Then analyze and evaluate the model from the economic and political aspects, and make a typical analyses on the rural land property right system of Zhejiang province as the supplement of this thesis.
