Research On Appraising Method Of Financial Staff's Quality

According to the basic meaning of Methodology , the article had a tasting exploration on the appraisal of finicial accountants by using the following methods: Combine analysing the documents with the specialists'answer sheets;definition with ration;theories with practice.First, in the view of great economic , checked the meaning of the appraisal of financial accountants and thought the basic aim of appraisal is to improve the quality of the appraised accountants. It' s very important and meaningful to the going of national economic,joining the world economic system,even oppositingcorrupting and encouraging honesty. Second,the main point and difficultly is the founding of theAppraisal Target System. The author gave his own opinion on the basis of the present achivements. Generally,a person's quality includes moral,ability,diligence, result. The author pointed that it's impossible to use a man without noticing politic. Of course , politic is connected with moral , but they can't replace each other .Moral is also connected with diligence, and diligence is always regraded as virtue of being a man .It' s internal meaning is not only showed to be more diligent and harder. Quality is an important factor to refulence the results but not only one.Last, the national and aborad documents all pointed the problems of apprasal. The most difficult of all is the incooperating,even resising of the being appraised staff. To this, people often find the ways on technology (operation).Duringthe appraisal, the author advocated that mordern management spirit must be absorted, make the appraised staff be respected and active.The feelings of fair and achievements are produced by care, thus accepting the appraisal positively is promoted to the need of appraisal. In a word, it oshould be become the need of the appraised staff.Led by the above thoughts,Level One and Two aims are designed .they are proved one by one on the basis of theories, according to the answer sheets,arranged the results by mathical method, ensured the important of target and the operating methods of appraisal.
