A Study On Quality Of Chinese Entrepreneurial Business Ethics

Reform gradually along with the fast development of economic system, China society is increasingly invoking the entrepreneurs, because the drawbacks of all kinds of mechanism and market rules cause the economic order to ascend serious confusion. These make people have to think deeply whether we have the necessity to establish an ethic "barrier" that can uphold the normal economic order, whether we have the necessity to check entrepreneur's ethics norm,, In fact, the development of modern economy has proved that market economy should and must have the support point of ethics if we want to promote the maturity of market economy. The paper focuses on these principal parts-entrepreneurs. By analyzing the entrepreneurial ethical action that takes place in management activity , the paper tries to make a perspective of the quality of entrepreneurial business ethics, and puts forward the countermeasures according to the problems.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the research topic. At this part, the writer makes definition of entrepreneur and business ethics and so on at the beginning, then reviews the ancient, near modern documents on business ethics, and then discusses the trends on business ethics in the academy circles. On the base the writer puts forward the main idea of the paper. The second part elaborates the present condition of the quality of our entrepreneurial business ethics. The author thinks, the advantage of the quality of our entrepreneurial business ethics includes: pursue the Confucian business ideal state, recognize entrepreneurial character and morals, pursue the entrepreneur spirit; the disadvantage of the quality of our entrepreneurial business ethics incarnates: state entrepreneurial search for non-productive rent, private entrepreneurial non-standard management and the deficiency of credit. The third part analyses the reasons of the deficiency of our entrepreneurial business ethics from the aspects of traditional culture and entrepreneurial system. At the fourth parts, the writer suggests several ways in order to enhance the construction of entrepreneurial business ethics. The raise of entrepreneurial business ethics depends on the improvement of exterior environment on the one hand ;on the other hand , it needs the foster of complete quality. At the exterior environment level, the author advances: revolve about system creation, enhance the enterprise reformation; infuse into positive principle, promote remodel of culture; guarantee corpus rights, norm legal management. At the interior environment, the author proposes: fill up incentive deficiency, optimize dual incentive mechanism; perfect system arrangement; enhance exterior and interior control; pay attention to credit construction, strengthen social credit; enhance quality education, norm system training.
