WTO Principles And Administrational Management Of Geology And Mineral Resources

The fundamental principles of the World Trade Organization (WTO) bring the opportunities and challenges to China' s economy, meanwhile many problems emerge which need to be studied urgently on Administrational Management Laws and Regulations (AMLR) system and behavior pattern of China' s mineral resources.The present paper reviews some researches on how to promote further reform of AMLR system after enter WTO, how to transform management function of mineral government and improve the speed of contraction with operational regulations of international market, how to build a new Mineral Laws and Regulations system and nurture a new mineral market.
