Construct Chinese Solid Waste Management Pattern And Legal System

As the development of economy and acceleration of industrialization, urbanization, and rapid improvement of people's standard of living, the amount of solid waste is rapidly increasing in China, and the tendency is still going on. At the present time, owing to the weak management, there brings some injurant during the course of solid waste collection, transportation and disposal. The injurant cause serious pollution to atmosphere, soil and water, which not only influence environmental sanitation but also threaten public health. On the other hand, abundant natural resources lose because of the weak recycle system. The essential reason that cause such status is the lack of effective solid waste management system and jurisprudence. Relatively, developed countries make great strides in this field. Therefore, we should base on the situation of our country and adopt successful experience of them to construct solid waste management system and jurisprudence of our country. Above all, we should establish market management system supervised by government and combine compulsive administrative measures with invigorative economy means. Secondly, we should carry through continuable development idea and circle economy thought in legislative management. At the same time it is necessary to enhance special legislation, regional legislation and improve the maneuverability of laws. Such action is not only necessary but also feasible to realize resoureilization of solid waste in China.
