But environmental labelling system which established on basis of eco-centrism conflicted with traditional law system which established on basis of environmental ism in reality and theory . It includes : the legislate need consummate ; the execution existed mistaken areas and need to regulate orientation ; the supervision mechanism is monotonous and nerveless .
