The Economical Effect Analysis Of FDI By Acquisition And Merger And The Research Of The Utiliztion Strategy

With the globalization of world economy and the growth of science and technology, trasnational corporations have carried on more and more FDI by acquisition and merger,and acquisition and merger has gradually become an important investment form . To adapt to this condition, Chinese government began to encourage FDI by acquisition and merger in order to promote Chinese state-owned corporation reforming, espesialy after China's enttry into WTO.FDI by acquisition and merger have both positive and negative influence to the development of economic in our country. In this thesis, we start with the FDI theories and acquisition and merger theories,then we study the economic effect of FDI by acquisition and merger in developing countries,and on this basis, we have proved that FDI by acquisition and merger is an effective way for the economic development of our country. We also have analysis the tendency of FDI by acquisition and merger in our country, and have given some advice on how to utilize this form of FDI to promote the economic development of our country.
