The Strategy Research On The Intellecture Property Pretection For Large-scale & Medium-scale Enterprises Of HeilongJiang

From the point of view of economic and scientific globalization, the present situation regarding the intellectual property issue in the large & medium enterprises in Heilongjiang province as well as patent and trade mark and protective strategy for commercial secrecy has been analyzed systematically and demonstrated by means of systematic analysis.management knowledge on intellectual property and theoretic knowledge on enterprise management, and the large & medium industrial enterprises development in Heilongjiang province and the practical need for intellectual property are also considered. The critical competition environment which large & medium enterprises in our country are facing after the China's accession to WTO and the grim challenge in the respect of large & medium enterprises intellectual property protection in Heilongjiang province is analyzed. The problem in field of patent protection and trade mark protection as well as commercial secrecy in the above-mentioned enterprises has been pointed out at the same time.
