With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,intellectual property is playing an increasingly important role in system support in the development of the country and society.Intellectual property has become an indispensable strategic resource to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and the ability of enterprises to protect,operate and manage intellectual property rights It's about its survival and development.The current status of the development of intellectual property rights of Chinese enterprises is not optimistic.The overall protection awareness and management level of intellectual property rights are low,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.Due to the lack of funds,small scale,and lack of professionals,intellectual property rights have not received enough attention.The management function is weak.In view of this,the intellectual property entrusted management mechanism came into being and achieved certain development,but there are still many shortcomings in the development process.Exploring,improving,and implementing the intellectual property custody mechanism for SMEs has important practical significance for solving the problems of low and irregular intellectual property management of SMEs.This article uses a combination of literature analysis,comparative analysis and empirical research to analyze the intellectual property custody mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of public management,and proposes that the perfect custody mechanism should be macro-regulated from the perspective of the government and the trustee itself Improve the perspectives and other aspects,establish a set of effective IP custody mechanisms and models,in order to provide a reference for SMEs to achieve standardized management of IP rights.
