Research On Intellectual Property Protection And Risk Prevention Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Intellectual property protection is closely related to the fate of small and medium-sized enterprises.Patents,trademarks,trade secrets and other intellectual property rights are not only important knowledge and property owned by SMEs,but also an offensive and defensive tool for intellectual property rights wars among enterprises.SMEs must recognize the value of intellectual property protection,not only to get rid of the immediate problems of intellectual property crisis,but also for the future development of their own growth,just as the tall trees grow from saplings.Small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of intellectual property protection and risk prevention can not be short-sighted,should be based on long-term,take effective measures to prevent risks,efforts to avoid the intellectual property crisis,and ultimately promote the realization of intellectual property value.This article first clarifies the internal relations between the intellectual property protection of SMEs,the crisis of intellectual property rights and the risk prevention.Then it clarifies the main types of intellectual property crisis of SMEs,then analyzes the status quo of intellectual property protection and risk prevention of SMEs,and points out the misunderstanding of intellectual property protection by SMEs.The third chapter is the focus of this paper,focusing on the theory and practice of intellectual property risk prevention of SMEs.Finally,from the angle of intellectual property protection strategy,intellectual property protection system and intellectual property management,this article expounds the intellectual property protection and risk prevention work of SMEs.This article from the perspective of intellectual property risk prevention practice of small and medium enterprises,through legal analysis,case study and discussion of intellectual property protection and risk prevention system,to the theory of intellectual property and the small and medium-sized enterprise management experience together,to meet the actual needs of the work of intellectual property protection of SMEs in our country.
