The Study On Beer Industry Structure In Heilongjiang Province

With the new century coming, great changes has taken in beer industry. Yanjing Beer Group and Qingdao Beer Group leading the tide of beer industry increasingly expanded by merging some factories in the recent years. But there is great gap between the groups and famous foreign beer groups. There are some shortcomings in the groups.Heilongjiang province, locating the northest of china is a big province of consuming beer. Harbin Beer Group, the first beer factory of our country, came into being in the province. After a century development, the beer industry of Heilongjiang province changed greatly after the merging. New Sanxing Beer Group and Huarun Beer Group. Its actual strength has greatly enhanced. It competes with Harbin Beer Group in Heilongjiang. The famous beer group in our country -Qingdao Beer Group has established the northeast enterprise in Harbin which is Harbin Beer Group's cradle, and has threatened towards Harbin Beer Group.The thesis uses S-C-P in the theory of industry organization and analyses the beer industry in Heilongjiang province by merging quantity and quality. It provides some development strategy in order that it can provide theory basis of beer enterprise policy in Heilongjiang province. The thesis also provides reference to the development of other beer enterprises in our country.
