On The Impact Of Rule Of Law On Contemporary Chinese Administrative Legal System

Undoubtedly, one of social hot issues is how to put forward legal system and realize rule of law. During the procedure, we can not avoid one sensitive problem, that is, pursuing or realizing the idea of rule of law, how to deal with ideals of law in western countries. Whether or not can we absorb positive factors in our modern administrative legal system? If it exists, how to analyze objectively, systematically, comprehensively and rationally.
