By the analysis of the present electro-market in Handan, this dissertation applies the method of gray system to forecast the electro-prospect in this region, and indicates the existing potential of load regulation. DSM is an advanced management methods. The thesis expounds its theory, development and application. Moreover, it adopts the method of cost/benefit analysis to research the applied case of DSM, and points out the feasibility and necessity of implementing the power DSM in Handan region.
