Justice has various attributes of value. It is a basic category of ethics morals, and is also the category of politics and law. So-called justice, generally speaking, is the fair distribution or arrangement for social rights and duties, and moral qualities corresponding with this kind of distribution or arrangement. Justice is classified into personal justice and social justice. The social justice in ethics is an ethical recognition and evaluation for a certain social construction, social relation and social phenomena, which shows concretely as request and judgment of the reasonable degree of social nature, social system and appropriate laws, regulations, constitutions and tradition etc. Justice is a basic conviction and basic principle of behavior with eternal value in mankind society. The theory of Marxist's social justice establish on the basis of historical materialism, and think that only human would pursue justice; the nature of human and the development of human are the foundation of the social justice, and it is also to say that people's all-round development is the social justice's aim; only overthrowing capitalist system and abolishing exploitation and oppress can the proletariat accomplish justice of society. The theory of Marxist's social justice has the character of objection, history, and thoroughness. It is the foundation to establish the social justice. The function of the social justice is to maintain the social order, ensure social function normally and stimulate social vitality; to safeguard the people's interests. The unfairness in starting point, exchanging, distribution, regulation, procedure and institution are the manifestation of losing of the social justice in contemporary China. The losing of social justice leads to the expanse of disparity between the rich and the poor in economic, power corruption in politics, and decreasing of moral in social life. The losing of the social justice in modern China is caused by the lack of justice in traditional culture, the unperfectness of new institution and the softness ofrewards and punishments. It must accord with the following demands at least to realize social justice in socialist marketable economy: equality of rights and duties; distribution on the basis of devotion; the principle interests coordinated, to develop social benefit and avoid disparity between the rich and poor; the principle of rewards and punishments fairly; the principle of fair process including the fair regulation and fair procedure.To realize social justice is a long-term system engineering. It needs the guarantee of institution and the coordination of factors in many ways. We should take active in putting the principle of social justice in force; such as improving the material base of realizing social justice; cultivating a view of social justice, fostering personal sense of justice and that of reasonable mind; perfecting the mechanism of supervise, all these are the idea base and the humanity environment of realizing social justice; and reinforcing system construction, quickening the structural reforms, both these are the institution guarantees of realizing social justice.
