The justice and the equality are the eternal topics of human society. a Western society's history, may say is a history of pursuing the justice and the equal.Take John Rawls's theory as the most representative justice and the equal theory of nowadays western society. And the present western new liberalism takes John Rawls's theory as a representation which signified the combination of most thinkers'strong points. The article tries to provide corresponding model to contribute a society of fair and justice, which used the western justice and equality combing clearly defines between the two kinds of society's implication for reference.The article is divided into three parts. The article's first chapter:The inspection of western society's just thought. Expatiating the main points of justice according to both investigate and analyze those justice theory in western thinking history and related scholars definition of social justice. The second chapter: Based on the equality of justice. The analysis of equality's conception, for the western equal theory's essence is to based on the energetic equality. It is concerned with western political equality ,economical equality, etc, and make the equality as the main foundation. The last chapter of this article:The relationship and enlightenment between the justice and the equality.It has summarized the relationship between the justice and the equal on the basis of the first two chapters.And consider the equality as the external manifests of the justice, as unification opposite of right equality and result equality, and raise some shallow ideas about building an equal and just society of china according to these issues. And my opinions are: first, citizen's right should be raised; second, allotment should be neatened.
