CRM Implementation Plan in Sichuan Investment Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Coming into the 21st century, along with the expedite process of economic globalization and more and more fierce competition, enterprises have turned from traditional, Product-oriented management into Customer-oriented management. Good customer relationship is the vital resource for the survival and development for an enterprise. Since the CRM theory and technology were introduced into China in a few years before, few domestic pharmaceutical companies have implemented CRM successfully. There has been a separate distribution system between the agents and manufacturers for many years, which made the competition more and more fierce. As the manager of business department in Sichuan Investment Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SIPC), the author has a deep feeling of pressing for implementation in the SIPC. During the study of the CRM, the author has formed some tentative plans for SIPC, and now the author explained the planning of CRM application in the SIPC in this thesis. It is hoped that I could complete my thesis and at the same time provide this article to the SIPC, and give them some positive suggestions. The thesis is composed of five parts - Introduction to the theory, Feasibility analysis, Planning, Related transformation and Key factors in successful implementing. In the first chapter, the thesis introduced the history of CRM and its main functions, then the management theories in CRM .In the second chapter, Feasibility analysis, analyzed the pharmaceutical market environment and the business management of the SIPC itself. The third chapter--The planning part is the core part of the thesis. In this part, the author firstly indicated the principles that the SIPC should stick to during the implementation, secondly planned the object of system programming and strategy of implementing, thirdly analyzed the requirement of implementing CRM, at last planned the system function. The last two chapters discussed the related transformation and the key factors in successful implementing.The thesis is based on implementing CRM in SIPC, and tries to make some helpful attempts in sales management, and also hope it can be avaluable reference to implementing CRM in other pharmaceutical enterprises.
