The thesis's research object is marketing modernization of Liaoning Electricity Power Limited Company. According to the request of the development of market economy and the electricity profession market reform, on the basis of latest development's circumstance of domestic and international electricity marketing modernization, combined the fact of Liaoning Electricity Power Limited Company,the thesis has argued the necessary and possibility about marketing modernization's realization, put forward developing target and the main contents of the future five years of marketing modernization of Liaoning Electricity Power Limited Company, defined concrete methods and steps of realization, analyzed the risk and performance of marketing modernization development.The thesis consists of introduction and six parts. The first part discusses the marketing's basic circumstance of domestic and international electricity marketing and the problem of the general situation of Liaoning Electricity Power Limited Company marketing work. The second part discusses the electricity marketing modernization' s target and the main contents. The fourth and fifth discusses respectively the electricity marketing modernization' s organized system and supported system of technique, and it is the keystone and the core contents of the thesis. The sixth part discusses the practicing plan and arrangement of the liaoning Electricity Power Limited Company marketing modernization, and estimates the fund that is needed to develop. Among them, the first stage's plan has already put into practice and come to expectant target; the second stage's plan also begins to practice from this year. The seventh part proceeds with analysis and predicting aiming at the risk that may meet in the marketing moderndevelopment process and economic performance of business and social performance that may bring up after marketing modernization is realized, and brings up the measure and suggestion to turn downthe risk.The thesis draws lessons from the domestic and international advanced electricity enterprise marketing modern development's experience, and systematically brings up the Liaoning Electricity Power Limited Company marketing modern development' s target, contents and realized method, particularly the contents that discussed electricity marketing technique support system have certainly draw lessons from the function and guiding meaning, not only to Liaoning Electricity Limited Power Company, but also to domestic other electricity enterprise modern development.
