The Enterprise's Innovation Network Based On The Industrial Clusters

Nowadays .with the progress of technology and internationalization of market , enterprises throughout the world are faced with great challenge of the change of technology. How to gain the competition advantage under the circumstances of technology innovation becomes a inevitable problem to the development of every enterprise .but we also find There are many active industrial clusters in the world which have an ability of persistent innovation .Many studies have been earred out on the industrial clusters .but there are still little research over the enterprise's innovation network. The thesis describes a series of causations from the growth of a country to the development of a single enterprise in order to point out the importance and interdependence of the enterprise's innovation network and local clusters of enterprises.The paper provides the conception, the structure ,the executants, the integration objects .the basic characteristics ,the link mechanism and the evolvement process of the enterprise's innovation network. Then, the thesis points out the relationships between the enterprise's innovation network and the entrepreneurship, the core competition advantage, industrial clusters , which are demonstrated by several cases.Finally , the thesis points out the status in quo and characteristics of the enterprise's innovation network in the Zhejiang province on the basis of the study of more than 70 enterprises. Then, the thesis brings forward several holdbacks and puts forward some appropriate suggestions for the enterprise's innovation network in the Zhejiang province.
