Research On Zhejiang Province High Technology Start-Ups' Growing Mode And Entrepreneurship Environment

With the coming of knowledge-based economy, science & technology become more and more important daily in the development of economy. Enterprises as the carrier of development of economy, so entrepreneurship about high technology become more and more. But high technology entrepreneurship not only have management risk and market risk which exist in general entrepreneurship activities, but also undertake more technology risk and fund risk comparing to the general enterprise entrepreneurship. These potential risks make entrepreneurship of high technology enterprises get lower successful rate. Now, research on high technology start-ups or entrepreneurship management is absent, and there are many dissimilitudes between the mature enterprises and start-ups. So, if we use mature enterprise theories to guide start-ups, it is not suitable doubtlessly and will bring serious economic result in practice. Now, we should make more research on start-ups and enhance guidance to start-ups on theory respect.In this paper I review entrepreneurship theories and high technology enterprises growing theories firstly, and define the high technology start-ups. Combining former research result and summarizing high technology start-ups' innate character, on this basement. I analysis factor which affect high technology start-ups' development and divide these factors into enterprise interior factors and exterior environment factors. The interior factors include all resources owning of its and the ability of utilizing resources; the exterior factors include varieties of environment which influence on growing of high technology start-ups. In addition, I bring up a few bottlenecks which start-ups demand to break. Secondly, for the aim of promoting start-ups' growth, and improving high technology entrepreneurship rate, I make research following two main lines that are high technology start-ups' growth mode and entrepreneurship environment. On one hand, I analysis the motive headspring of some domestic and international successful high technology enterprises' development and tally up theirs growth and development mode. Henceforth, I make positive research on several high technology enterprises of Zhejiang province and analysis the place of its success that offer reference for other high technology enterprises. On the other hand, I regard government as the corpus to research how to build a good entrepreneurship environment in order to attract more entrepreneur and offer them more and better objective terms. In this paper, in order to provide reference for government on building better entrepreneurship environment, I set up a model to evaluate entrepreneurship environment. Finally, for the high technology start-ups growth, I bring up some suggestions and strategies from two angles of government and start-ups."High technology is the first productivity ", it have been certificated in the neweconomy age. But it is needs enterprises, especially high technology enterprise, to making technology convert to productivity. However, entrepreneurship success rate is low, how to improve the rate, I hope the textual research will have help to high technology start-ups' growth.
