The Problems And Coutermeasures Of Stafftrimming During The Industrializaion Of Hengyang Broadcasting And Television Bureau

This paper analyses the reasons created the problems that Hengyang Broadcasting and Television Center reduced the staff trimmers. And the author tries to use technology and approach of modern human resource management to study and probe countermeasures in the process of Hengyang Broadcasting and Television Center reduced the staff trimmers.
