Every broadcasting & television worker has a common aspiration to make China's broadcasting & television stronger, bigger, and have a certain position and influence around the world. In order to achieve the goal as soon as possible,the development of effective policy and statute of broadcasting & television can escort the healthy development of broadcasting & television. Because the management on broadcasting & television in China rely mainly on the policy and statute, which is in line with China's national conditions and become more effective in the broadcasting management practice as a pivotal role.As a paper study on the construction of policy & statute system, this article is looking for a more scientific and rational management of the broadcasting & television system. The main body of this paper contains three chapters. From the angle of macro policies control on broadcasting & television by government and party, this paper entry from the policy & statute system for broadcasting & television, then try to analyze the macro-management model system of the broadcasting & television.Through the ordering of the development of the management models and the analysis of the content and environment of the current policy & statute,this article has a more comprehensive understanding of China's current system of broadcasting & television policy & statute. Based on the study of broadcasting & television management methods from the developed countries, this paper mainly concern the enforcement of China's broadcasting & television policy and statute with a view to building a more scientific, rational , realistic policy & statute system, so as to make new breakthroughs in the construction of policy & statute for China's broadcasting & television system, particularly give a reference for the coming of " Broadcasting & Television Law, ".
