On The Consummation Of Legal Mode Of Securities Supervisal In China

The rationalization of legal mode of securities supervisal depends on critically the selection of securities supervisory ideas. In the article, By analyzing and contrasting the three supervisory ideas, the author reach the conclusion that securities supervisory law has the intrinsic characteristics of social standard law; Moreover, the author further realizes that rational legal mode of securities supervisal should be adapted to communitism. And that the conversion of the adjustment means should be carried out from good-government mode to good-governance mode. In the article, with the application of the analysis measure on the realities and comparative measure, the author generalizes the causes in system aspect, which is the adminstratization of securities supervisory legal mode; and the causes in legal principle aspect, which is the application of statism idea. In the end, the author apply the theory of good-governance to bring the suggestions on the perfection of Chinese securities supervisory system.
