The Reform And The Improvement Of The People Jury System

The jury system plays an important role in carrying out judicial democracy and guaranteeing judicial justice. It's necessary and practical to carry out the People Jury System through reforming the present judicial system. This paper gives a close analysis of how to reform and improve the People Jury System with the help of the present situation in our country.It first gives a brief introduction about the history of the development of Jury System , and then gives a close analysis of the background of how the politics, economy and law of the People Jury System is carried out in our country, and explicates the features of the people jury system, finding that the defects of the people Jury System of the present situation brings the People Jury System to a situation in which it exists in name. The paper assesses the functions of the People Jury System and then analyzes the People Jury System how playing a special role in eluminating the passive factors of the professionalizing of judges. The practicality of improving the People Jury System in our country is also proved through analyzing three different scopes in political law, economic material and social culture in our country .Last, in this paper, I put forward some concrete measures and improve the People Jury System, which are based on the second chapter through analyzing the defects in carrying out the People Jury System.
