A Study On The Whole Valuation Of Chang-an Automobile Company Limited

Along with the course of the world economic becoming integral expediting and entering the world trade organization ,all industries will facing opportunities and challenges .To our infant car industry that will develop to become us the supporting industry :it must heighten the level of management ,enhance the core competence to improve the enterprise to survive and expand long-term.How to evaluate the performance of a enterprise is researched widely inside and outside ,and perfected continually .The whole valuation is the efficacious index that evaluate the performance of the management .The value is the present value of the future income .The whole valuation is the integrate reflect of the whole assets .By evaluating the whole valuation ,we have three targets: (1)for supervisor and investor to evaluate performance ; (2)for supervisor to analyze the problem in the course of management and take steps to improve the valuation increasingly; (3)accord with the target: making valuation maximum. The management of valuation is the core of management. The evaluation of the whole valuation is the important compose.Chang-an Automobile Company limited( Chang-an car) is an exemple. We introduce the principle, the method and the range particularly, and introduce the range , parameters and the difficulties in our car industry of the model of Free Cash Flow of Firm(FCFF). In the study course, we analyze the actuality and the trend in our car by the portrait percent method and landscape orientation method; analyze the circumstance inside and outside of chang-an car by SWOT analytical method, PEST analytical method, finance ratio analytical method, the portrait percent method and landscape orientation method; forcast the quantity and income of sell, the table of asset-debt, the table of profit and loss by the linearity regress method and sell percent method. We evaluate the whole valuation of chang-car at 2001. So the conclusion of the question can improve the performance, and gives some suggestion.This paper's creative significance lies in: (1)It is the first to evaluate the whole valuation of chang -an car by the FCFF method; (2)On the base of the actuality and the trend in our car, we analyze the gap between chang-an car and inside and outside in finance, and make a advice.
