Then the author expounds the course and the method of BPR by using the knowledge about BPR to reengineered A airlines spares supplying flow proces. firstly, we should establish the target arrangment, organization.Secondly , how to key flow process in the spares supplying flow . Thirdly, we should analyse, understand and evaluate the key flow process by protracting the flow chart and handling the analytical method. Fouthly we chooses the adaptive means of BPR according to the characteristic of spares supplying in A airlines.Fifthly, we could find the new spares supplying flow process based on the above . Sixthly analyses the effect of actualizing the new flow process. Finally, affords the method of management, offers the advise about the organise configuration in order to perfecting the new flow process.By the study of the thesis and the use of present study achievements in home and abroad for reference , a set of BPR process a suitable, lower cost more efficiency and feasible process plan is worked out to for A airlines spares supplying .
