The Research On Flexibility Of ERP Production Control Module And Its Application

Through the research and discussion on ERP system and Production Control Module (PCM) theories, the paper puts forward to the flexibility of PCM and researches on it focusing on the problem in the present PCM of ERP system. According to the basis theory of PCM and production management reality of LuoYang Construction Mechanism Corporation, the paper exploits and designs the PCM, putting forward to exploitation and solution method of the sub-system of flexible PCM.Taking the manufacture control module of ERP system of the LuoYang Construction Mechanism Corporation as an example, the paper applies not only the advanced management theories of ERP and flexible PCM to system exploitation but internet technology and www tools to realize the PCM sub-system of LuoYang Construction Mechanism Corporation on the basis of B/S (Browser/Server) construction through full investigation and research on its business process. It is realized with some dynamic web techniques such as Java, JSP, and developed with the framework of MVC model and Kona architecture. This system is an integration of many function modules, such as basic data management, MRP management, main production plan management, BOM management, workshop flow plan management, etc., realizing the non-gap connection between network and business flows of production control, so that itmakes scientific, electronic and net management of enterprise production control management.The paper provides the detailed descriptions and explanations on function required analysis of production control sub-system, database design, function module design and system construction, key technology, network platform in the system realization of production control sub-system of LuoYang Construction Mechanism Corporation.
