Chlor-alkali Production Systems, Production Management Optimization. Strains Of Group Study

As China has entered WTO and the open market economic system has become more and more perfect, profound changes have taken place in the environment that modern enterprises are involved comparing with that of the past. The market competition has become more and more intense. Enterprises have to face problems like how to realize interior potential, how to strengthen scientific management in order to meet the requirements of market economy, how to further the whole analysis and study of the economic benefits of the production system and how to boost their economic benefits. All these are not only the imminent requirements of the new environment for the survial and development of enterprises, but also urgent problems that we should study .Considering the real situation of the production management of the chlor-alkali production system of Zhuzhou Chemical Group Co. Ltd, this paper applies scientific theories related to modern production management and advanced modern technology and method and makes some instructive optimizing research and exploration on the production and marketing plan , the production organization and the production control. By setting up the maximum chlor-alkali production plan model and working out the optimization plan, the production organization process optimization management and the optimization operation and control of chlor-alkali production plants have been realized. The result of the research has had some effects on the existing production management of the chlor-alkali production system of Zhuzhou Chemical Group Co.Ltd. It has not only improved production management and economic profits of the enterprises, but also provided the chlor-alkali enterprises with valuable references.
