The Research On Entrepreneurs' Ability

In this era of knowledge-economy quickly developing, human resources have become the first resources, and the entrepreneurs, as a linkage between the visible capitals the invisible capitals, have even become rare resources and are regarded as prime capitals. Meanwhile, the knowledge-economy is getting more challenge to the entrepreneurs, for the competition in the managing fields is no less than in the scientific fields, and the knowledge-economy is filled with information, networking and globalization, with the information changing all the time. Entrepreneurs must have strong managerial abilities, otherwise, they are inevitably defeated. Entrepreneurs' abilities are the key factor that decide a certain enterprise even a regional and a nation.Then, how to define entrepreneurs' abilities, and how to evaluate the abilities correctly and how to represent the managerial value and the role in the society and create a promoting mechanism and developing environment, these are practical and important questions .To be answered timely, this thesis will at first deal with the background of knowledge-economy and up to the theme of the study on entrepreneurs' abilities, then analyze the advanced theories of entrepreneurs, and make the point of the definition of entrepreneurs' abilities. On the basis of entrepreneurs' theories, the thesis establishes a system of entrepreneurs' abilities and an evaluation system of entrepreneurs' abilities, and analyzes the problem of ability building. Finally, the thesis expounds the strategy and countermeasure of entrepreneurs' abilities promotion from the environment, mechanism, regimentation and so on.
