It points out the necessity and emergency to do this study (study on the growth, incentive and constraint of the Chinese entrepreneur ).0n the base of the importance of the entrepreneur for the growth of economy and the development of an enterprise and the problems existing in the construction of the teams of the Chinese entrepreneurs. After making a review of the theory of entrepreneur, we split the entrepreneur talent into three parts: stuff, ability and spirit. It argued that the growth of an entrepreneur was the improvement of the entrepreneur talent actually. Then we make a deep discussion on the process of the growth of the entrepreneur, the relation between the growth of the entrepreneur and the development of the enterprise, and how to stimulate and constraint the entrepreneur effectively. The content of every chapter is as follow:Chapter one. In this chapter we discussed the importance of the entrepreneur for the increase of economy and the development of the enterprise. Then we pointed out the importance to study the grown-up and incentive of the entrepreneur. During the era of knowledge economy and the period of economic change from scarce to excess in China, the new demands for an entrepreneur are discussed. Facing the reality of the Chinese entrepreneur and the existing problems, it is important and emergent to do the study, (study on the growth, incentive and constraint on the Chinese entrepreneur).Chapter two. Judgment on the entrepreneurial notion and theories. In this chapter we reviewed the history of the entrepreneurial notion first, discussed the different definition of entrepreneur. Then we analyzed the main contents of entrepreneurial theories and pointed out the advantage and shortcoming of these theories. We paid more attention to the growth, incentive and constraint on the entrepreneur. Finally we pointed out the defects of these theories and the main problems we would study in this dissertation.Chapter three. Three dimensions theory of the entrepreneur talent. In this chapter we analyzed the function an entrepreneur should bear. We concluded the function to answer five questions: Know-what, Know-who, Know-where, Know-when, Know-who. Then we discussed the stuff, spirit, and ability that formed the entrepreneur talent in details. We judge the manager in accordance with the development periods of the enterprise. It argues that only the manager who has the managing ability and the leading ability that coordinating with the development periods of the enterprise that can be called an entrepreneur. Theability of an entrepreneur is divided into potential ability and practical ability. It's the ability modulator that affects the entrepreneur to exert his potential ability fully. The ability modulator is formed with entrepreneurship, the incentive and constraint of the entrepreneur. The operative mechanics, the building of the entrepreneur market, the incentive and constraint of the entrepreneur play a great role on the entrepreneur ability.Chapter four. The cooperation between the growth of the entrepreneur and the development of the enterprise. The growth of the entrepreneur and the development are two cooperative processes. The development of the enterprise is under the improvement of the entrepreneur talent. In this chapter we discussed the great use of the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship strategy in the building of core competence. We also analyze the connections among the entrepreneur, firm strategy and core competence. Then we discuss the cooperative mode between the growth of the entrepreneur and the development of the enterprise. We mention two parallel processes: the push process of the growth of the entrepreneur to the development of the enterprise, the push process of the development of the enterprise to the growth of the entrepreneur.Chapter five.
