To join WTO could make great impacts on many fields of the whole economy, especially the ones with poor competition. With the highest developmental speed, IT industry has been the most important one to improve the competitive advantage of Nations . Compared with developed countries, the IT industry of our nation is more backward. And when our country become the member of WTO, our IT industry will face more challenges. So, study on the development of our IT industry under the rule is of much importance. Researching the rule about IT industry in WTO , experiences of WTO members and problems of our IT industry deeply and systematically, the paper tries to find some good ways to improve the competitive of our IT industry.
