Application Of Data Mining In Talents Cognition System

With the development of the computer technology, especially the database technology, lots of talents data have been accumulated in the talentsmarkets. How to discover the rules and knowledge hiding in these data so as to provide the assistant decision support has become an urgent problem to be solved. The appearance and development of the Data Mining technology has provided powerful support to this need.Data Mining is the period of picking up unknown, but valuable information and knowledge from large amount of incomplete data. Based on the theoretical research of Data Mining technology, the application of data mining technology in the talents cognition system was stated in this paper. On the basis of the pretreatment of data, exert the improved method of the clustering analysis to obtain more reasonable and high efficiency result of classification. Then on the basis of the clustering analysis, the initial regression analysis of talents data has been made and qualitative analysis result of the talents abilities has been obtained. There are six chapters in this thesis, the main content as follows:The first chapter points out the research target, main problem and key technique. This chapter puts forward to resolve the talents cognition problem by Data Mining technology according to current talents test system. At the same time, it also puts forward the key technique, including Clustering Analysis and Regression Analysis.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic knowledge of Data Mining, including the concept, mission and method. And it points out the mission and method of talents cognition system. This chapter also puts forward the system's construction and core——Data Mining's engine and its disposal process.The third chapter mainly introduces the data type in talents cognition system, expatiates the method of data coding and information denotation, the strategy of data selection and the process of data pretreatment. The fourth chapter mainly introduces the method of Clustering Analysis. Firstly it introduces the definition of Clustering and its appraisal. Secondly it introduces several main methods of Clustering. Lastly it introduces the Clustering method used in talents cognition system——Partitioning Method. It also expatiates the realization process of system and the result.The fifth chapter mainly expatiates Regression Analysis and the equation's verification. It points out the method of Regression Analysis used in talents cognition system and Regression Analysis has been made in Clustering result of the fourth chapter.The last chapter mainly introduces the actuality of Data Mining and its development direction. It also points out the problem and expectation of talents cognition system.
