In recent years, it has been the focus that people have studied all the time that the application of the data mining technology in customer' s relation. CRM is a repeated cyclical process, which transforms customer' s information into positive customer' s relation. It can help a series of activities correlated with the customer in business administration and manage the enterprise's all daily marketing business automobile and procedure. With more complicated customer' s information, the generous accumulation of customer' s data, analyzing a large number of data of complicated customer, excavating customer value, finding the trend of customer behavior, understanding customer sterling worth to enterprise, using the view of cycle of the whole life to analyze customer' s relation become the key factor of enterprise' s success gradually. These will depend on the data mining exactly.The data mining technology is a powerful tool of exploring useful knowledge from a large number of data. The valid application of technology in CRM can excavate out the knowledge and rule valuable to enterprise's business decision from a large number of data related to customer. Analyzing these data through data mining technology and finding relevant knowledge and law can make the whole CRM system become a ring of closing and fully play the role of CRM system.The thesis first explains the theory and method of the data mining technology used in CRM. Then, it combines marketing actual business procedure, business need and the actually data of the enterprise, automobile of trade to structure the CRM foundation that uses the data mining in this trade marketing of enterprises, and analyses in detail the application of different respects in this enterprise CRM system many kinds of data mining technology and method including counting analysis, decision tree, the neural network, hereditary algorithm, rule summing up, visual technology, etc. Through the argumentation of the combination of theory and practice, it states the important meaning and wide prospect of the data mining technology applying to CRM.
