A Study On The Crime In Tanggu District Tianjin

The rapid economic development, it's corresponding imbalance, and the emerging of many kinds of contradictions during the social transmission phase altogether lead to social crime being one factor which impos more and more bad effects on the development of our society. The goal of this study is to find the basic principle and the tendancy of social crimes in Tanggu district by analyzing the whole situation at present. And consequently we can lay out a series of practical and efficient measurements for crime prevention, defeat and control, basing on the outside and inside successful experiences so that the economy of Tanggu District could keep developing healthly in a relatively good and secure social environment. The arrangement and content of this article are as follows: chapter 1 is mainly about the analysis of the crime cases occurred in Tanggu district. In chapter 2, we reason the crimes in Tanggu district from microscopic and macroscopic angles. In chapter 3, we carry out qualitative prediction on the crime tendancy in Tanggu district about the crime type and the frequency of crime occurrence. In chapter 4, some consideration was given to the crime prevention, control and defeat in Tanggu district. The highlight of this article lies in the following aspects: First, the common social barkground is introduced into criminal reasoning and the influence of some specific social condition to common crime reasoning, and also the concept of enhancing and reducing was introduced, making it simple, accurate to analyze the crime reason of some specific subjects. Second, a classification about the measurements toward crimes. That is, classifying the crimes into three classes according to the subject of measurement for preventing, controlling defeating crimes. Third, AHP analysis is applied to the microscopic distribution of police force. Fourth, the localization of the strategy of community policing was mentioned, and it is made clear that it isn't suitable to community policing of Tanggu by copying the outside experience completely.?...
