The construction of police troop is related to stability of the in Party, related to stability and development of society. So the importance of police troop construction should be clearly realized. In this thesis , author lists and explains related concepts in police troop construction, analyzes meaning, current state and reason of police troop construction. Furthermore, author puts forward effective measure of enhancing police troop construction. Expect to guiding and promoting police troop construction in new era.There are three parts in this thesis, the first is theory description of police troop construction. In this part author discriminate related concept, indicate important meaning of police troop construction to building a prosperous society, opening a new phase of police work and making sure executing the law fairly and justly. At the same time, author puts forward the guidelines and principles should be abided. The second is analyzing and research the current state of police troop.
