services,such as through the study of the management of civil servants training,improve the level of public service sector services,bring more benefits to society;Combined with the hierarchy of needs theory,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the work enthusiasm,such as the remuneration and welfare working environment,interpersonal relationship,recognition and respect for personal mechanism,etc.,the author puts forward some measures to solve the problem.Secondly,from the aspects of improving the education mechanism,strengthening the training contents in ethnic minority areas and innovating the training methods,we should continue to strengthen the education and training of civil servants in Z county.The third is to innovate the incentive mechanism of team building from the aspect of creating promotion space and improving salary level by giving play to the role of assessment and incentive;Fourth,we should deepen and expand the scope of team exchanges from the two aspects
