Ever since its first show-up in the nineteenth century, enterprise merger has gradually developed into a very important means of reallocating the social resources and improving the efficiency in resources use. As a result, it has been widely used in the development of modern enterprises as it expands further in a variety of ways .The study if the enterprise merger has ascended to maturity in foreign countries and considerable achievements in this field have been made in China in accordance with the merging condition here. But statistics shows that successful merger rates quite low due to many reasons. This paper holds that the reconstructing if merged enterprises predetermines, to a large extent, where it leads. But a study if the merge red enterprises reconstructing still remains a blank space in China. However, finance integration is an important link in integration after enterprise merge and acquisition. This article is mainly about finance integration.Firstly this article analyzed the present state and characteristics if enterprise merger both at home and abroad. Then this article analyzed all kinds of reasons that led to the failure of merger & acquisition. It got integration after merger & acquisition from above. The integration also includes many ways, such as strategy integration, product integration, finance integration, culture integration, organization and personnel integration and so on. However, this article is mainly on the questions related to finance integration after merger & acquisition. There is a real example about finance integration. This example is about the finance integration between ShangHai ACE Co., LTD and DaGang Oil-field company.The present article aims at researching the integration after merger & acquisition, further completing the theoretical system of integration after merger & acquisition based on the analysis on and summary if a series if cases if merger & acquisition occurred at home andabroad, providing useful guidance for the practice enterprise of merger & acquisition in China, making the enterprises attach great importance upon integration, minimizing integration cost and maximizing the profits to be obtained by the enterprises after merger & acquisition.It put forward the framework of the finance integration and its concrete content for the first time in the article. It proposed a finance integration cost-effective analysis models in the case study, and using this model purpose is confirming the necessity of enterprises finance integration through calculation result. Certainly there exists some questions remained to be discussed. After all, it is a further research of finance integration-this front finance issue. We hope it can play a role of casting a brick to attract jade in enterprise real integration.
