The Application Of Total Quality Control In North East China Coal Mining Industry Corporation

The research object of the paper is Northeast China Coal Mining Industry Corporation. At the background of quality management reality in the company, through quality control method,process and instrument of the total quality management, the author seeks to control quality in the different phases of the project thus making them and consequently the whole project to reach the best quality. Basing on that, the author set up perfect quality guarantee system and long-dated quality management object of the company according to ISO9001:2000 standard. In the first segment, at the background of quality management of the company, the author briefly looks back the development of t Northeast China Coal Mining Industry Corporation. Then the author introduces the status of the company in the northeast constructional industry and the quality problems in its project. Finally the author finds the key of the quality problem and points out some aspects that should be attended in the construction. In the second segment the author introduces the theory of the total quality management and set up the theory warrant of resolving the quality management of the company. Concerning the construction company the total quality management is the management of all process and whole company. The key of the total quality management is prevention and need to prevent every facet from the construction preparation,the construction course to the construction end,check and accept in every stage . According to the science theory,program and method, the character of the total quality management is to change the most important is to check after the event to the most important is to prevent in advance. Then we need to look up a good many factors about infection quality management and grasp the most conflict and launch all people to control every process in the construction according to the science theory,program and method. The third segment is the core of the paper. According to definite principle,program and method, the construction company push the total quality management is to plan,organize,correspond and control the factors that effect the project quality. The process must obey definite program and step to progress. The process is called "one process,four phases and eight step". The four processes in the construction are called PDCA. The cycle of PDCA usually uses the method of the statistics to analyze the main quality problems in the construction and find the reason of producing quality problems. According to the reason we may set down,perform and consolidate improvement measure, in the meanwhile hand the carry-over questions to the next cycle of PDCA. The cycle of PDCA is the process that is the next cycle continues to the last cycle and the next cycle controls the last cycle. Every cycle totally makes the quality management to a new stature. According to the actual case in the construction, the chapter adopts scientific quality control process and step. The author finds a good many questions about effecting quality management, and then sets up some measure to perfect the project quality and realize the object that the project quality claims.In the fourth segment the author perfects the process and step of the cycle of PDCA and makes construction quality management to obtain scheduled standard. Then the author erects the quality warrant system and achieves the long-dated object of quality management system according as the ISO9001:2000 standard system.
