The salary management in business enterprise is a important lesson to study in contemporary human resource management. At present, salary management in state-owned business enterprise in our country is mostly at the surface of simple experience, it seldom approach into systematic and deep researches. Therefore, to enhance salary management in state-owned business enterprise, more goodly draw on and stay the talented staffs, and to encourage the staff are great meaningful in value and theory. On the current foundation of study results, the article face the salary management in state–owned business enterprise in globalization, at the same time, it proceed fully systematic researches. The full article made use of data, forms, formula and archives to introduce the basic theory of salary management, the current situation and main problems in it, meanwhile, it made analysis of these main problems, offer the methods to perfect salary management in state-owned business enterprise. The full article totally is divided into four parts:1:Basic concept of salary managementFirst, the article relate the concept of salary management, show the difference between the modern salary management and traditional one, and the aboundance in modern salary management. It also includes making aim in salary management, choosing salary policy, making plan in salary management, adjusting structure in salary management. In discussing the feature of salary management on the position, or on the ability, the article point out that salary management system on the ability is the new direction in the development of business enterprise .At last, the article explain the importance of salary management in human resource management, in fact, as the core part of management, the salary management go through the process of human resource management in enterprise.2:The current situation and existing questions of salary management in state-owned enterpriseThree questions exist in salary management, one is that administrative wages dislocate with market economy, wages of inner business enterprise allotment system come to a deadlock, and the income structure is similar. The staff in state-owned business enterprises do more and do less similar, do better and do worse similar. The other is that the level of income of staff is low, the loss of talented staff is serious, Especially, is lack to encourage executive and lack to encourage over a long-term time.Third, owing to no match between managers contributions and profit in state-owned enterprise, it easily result in managers"59 year old phenomena."3:To perfect the main methods of salary managementAs the many problems in salary management in business enterprise, it results in the confusions and serious lacks of systematic management. To solve these above-mentioned problems, it is necessary to perfect salary management in business enterprise and to establish the principles in designing salary, such as fair rules, competitive rules, economic rules, legal rules and transparent rules.
