| The network economy is an economy form that is corresponding to agriculture economy and industry economy. It's based on modern information technique and network technique. Information and knowledge play a key role in the economy activities. The essential characteristic in the network economy is the economy activities' information and network .The development of network economy has important and profound influence on the economic process and financial industry that is in the core position in the modern economy. According to this, from the perspective of development of network economy, the thesis analyzes its effect on the traditional mode of financial supervision deeply and investigates how developed countries adjust their mode of financial supervision when faced with the development of network economy .The thesis analyzes network economy's impact on present financial supervision mode in china. And the policy suggestions of the construction of china's financial supervision mode are put forward with system theory.The thesis consists of five chapters .The origin, definition and development characteristics of network economy and its influence on financial industry are discussed comprehensively in chapter I .The evolution of financial supervision theory and the development of network economy's influence on traditional financial supervision mode are studied in chapter II. Chapter III analyzes how developed countries adjust their financial supervision mode when feeing the network economy. And the guide meaning of the adjustment to china is also pointed out in the chapter. Chapter IV analyzes the present of china's financial supervision mode, network economy's special effect on financial industry and impact on financial supervision mode. From the perspective of system theory, the relationship between network economy and financial supervision is discussed and the construction of china's financial supervision mode in network economy is put forward in chapter V.
