| As to many organizations, business process re-engineering (BPR for short) is one of the ways of realizing their potentiality of competition, it has one objective (outstanding performance improvement), one focus (process) and one requirement (promise of the managerial personnel). Business process re-engineering, emphasizes taking business process as transforming object and center, taking concern to the demand and satisfaction of the customer as the purpose, to conduct the fundamental re-thinking and thorough re-designing for the current business process, by using the advanced manufacturing technology, IT and modernized management means, to realize the functional integration of the technology to the greatest extent, in order to break through the traditional functional organizational structure and establish an entirely new organizational structure of the process type.Through analyzing the current situation of the state owned commercial bank, the thesis uses the theoretical research achievements of the senior, attempts to diagnose the front counter operation system, the hind counter operation system, sub-marketing system and the management of client relationship for the state owned commercial bank, and puts forward a unique re-engineering way, namely to separate the business process re-engineering of the state owned bank into the logistics re-engineering-set up the external commercial platform of taking the client as the center, information flow re-engineering-set up the internal information platform by taking the process as the core, and the organizational structure re-engineering-be orientated to the integration of IT of the process re-engineering and enterprise management, and concludes the thesis with a real example in the aspect of 2 process re-engineering of the practical work. The aim of the research is based on the innovation of organization and assists state owned commercial bank in providing a complete set of effective business process re-engineering scheme.
