The Research On Personal Financial Business Expansion Of China's State-owned Commercial Banks In The Open Process Of Financial Industry

This thesis tempts to carry through an comparatively overall and systematic description and analyses on the issue of personal financial business of China's state-owned commercial banks in the open process of financial industry, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. According to logic structure, the thesis consists of four major parts. The first part describes the background that the state-owned commercial banks develop personal financial business and the currently existing problems from the macroscopical aspect. The second part emphatically expounds the competition of Chinese and foreign bank and the concrete embodiment in the field of personal financial service in the process of opening China's financial industry on the basis of the first part. The third part specially analyzes personal financial products from the microscopical aspect. Firstly, it observes theoretically the characteristics of the personal financial products, then analyses the difference and insufficiency of personal financial products offered by state-owned commercial banks, compared with that of foreign banks. The fourth part advances the countermeasures and analysis on how to expand personal financial business in the process of opening financial industry on the basis of above-mentioned analysis.
