The fast growing Internet market in China has become the focus of globe competition. With the coming foreign capital, the various civil companies of communication fight for the Internet market more and more sharply. Facing the opportunity and challenge, we must make a strategic policy as fast as we can, about how to develop the Internet service well in H province.With his theoretical knowledge, the author put forward a developing policy of the Telecom Internet service in H province based on the analyses and research.Four parts in total: the strategic administration, the concerning theory and the background of the research were introduced in part I; The history and trend of the global Internet and the developing situation, the present situation, the characters and the trend of Chinese Internet were in part II; The PEST analyses to the Internet market in H province, the analyses to the present situation, the superiority and inferiority and to the latent invaders were in part III. In Part IV, through the SWOT analyses :o the Telecom Internet service in H province, the strategy of development was mad; and the strategic assignment, the development policy and the measures of insurance were discussed.This essay will be for some reference in the development of the Telecom Internet service in H province.
