As a sort of theory, Company culture has aroused abroad attention in the companies and academia, though it's history has merely twenty or thirty years.It's reason is simple, in the new economy age, the condition inside and outside of companies has remarkably changed, so the limitation of traditional management mode and management theories laying particular stress on logos and rigidity stands out increasingly, which asks new management ideas, in order to adapting to new trend of company's operational condition. So, wherewith it's particular effect, companyculture gradually becomes one of important management measures.The company culture has became popularized and applied in west countries' companies, especially in Japanese,and the positive effect of company culture has completely been proved, gradually ,it becomes a important part of management during company's operation .Many practical researches indicate company culture provides completely new implements boosting up companies' operational results and has been motivity driving modern companies' durative development.However,the research and practice of company culture severely lags behind and just began a few years ago in Chinese companies and academia,which will have bad effect on adapting to international competition rules and joining in international competition for Chinese companies.In new economy especially when China's entry into WTO, it has been a imperatively resolved important problem to research and develop company culture according with the situation of China and Chinese companies' character so as to keeping up with the trend of the world's management theories.This article will make some instructive experiments and probe into the company culture effecting on long company operational results with principium.lt is composed of five chapters,the first chapter dissertates the company culture's connotation ,theory origin and development,systemic structure and systemic basic characteristic;The second chapter discusses that the company culture has conductive mechanism on long company operational results,and logically describes that the company culture has effect on operational results;The third chapter analyses thecorrelation between the company culture and long company operational results and builds model to distinguish and evaluate the effect of different type of company culture;The fourth chapter bring forward how to build the company culture,lastly taking Haier as an example,demonstration analyse the company culture importantly effecting on long company operational results.The article makes combined use of theory analysis and demonstration analyse,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to systemically demonstrate the company culture has effect on long company operational results,which has some significance in developing Chinese company culture.Meanwhile,the article creatively constructs model of distinguishing and evaluating company culture,put forward how to build the company culture having positive effect,which are all the bright point of this article.This article will set about to analyse the company culture's theory origin and significance from its connotation and development,and will discuss the deference between company culture and other management measures, further probe into the company culture effecting on long company operational results and bring forwardThe author hopes that companies and academia will attach more importance to the company culture through this article ,toghether discuss and practise the theory of company culture according with the situation of China and spread it,witch is in favor of the development of companies.
