| Corporate culture is an important component of the corporate spirit,and a good corporate culture plays an important role in uniting and rallying employees,stimulating the collective consciousness and innovative spirit of the vast number of employees,and improving the innovation and core competitiveness of the enterprise.With the gradual development and improvement of China’s socialist market economy,state-owned enterprises have always played an important pillar role.Therefore,it is even more necessary to improve the corporate culture system and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As a link between state-owned enterprises and the masses of employees,trade unions have natural advantages in developing employee culture and strengthening the construction of employee spiritual culture.However,there are still many problems to be solved to fully play the positive role of trade union organizations in the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises,pool the collective consciousness of employees,and improve the spiritual outlook of enterprise employees.Further research is needed on how to give full play to the role of trade unions in state-owned enterprises in the practice of corporate culture.This thesis takes the construction of the corporate culture of SY Company as the research object.Through a questionnaire survey combined with the four-level theory of corporate culture,it understands the construction of the corporate culture of SY Company from four aspects:spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture,and material culture.Through the interview method combined with Denison’s corporate culture model,it analyzes the impact of trade unions on the construction of the corporate culture of SY Company from four aspects:consistency,participation,mission,and adaptability,It is concluded that there are some problems in the construction of enterprise cultures,such as the unsystematic promotion of enterprise culture construction,insufficient integration and coordination capabilities,lack of innovative thinking,and inadequate ideological awareness.It is further explored that the emergence of problems is due to inadequate ideological awareness,the low status of trade unions within the enterprise,and the single working method of trade unions.Finally,based on the closed-loop corporate culture construction system,this thesis provides policy suggestions and countermeasures from six aspects: Target system,security system,identification system,training system,communication system,and incentive system.This thesis can provide a reference for deepening the research on the cultural construction of state-owned enterprises. |
