In the real life and work, people often need make various choices. Everybody in thesociety has different understandings and views of things, and has their own preference on allkinds of things. Aggregating effectively the participants’ preferences to group preferencewill help increase decision-making efficiency.Social choice function can aggregate different preferences to an ultimate socialpreference to solve the social choice problem. Since the age, education, occupation andother characteristics of the decision-makers are different, each decision-maker’s preferenceinfluents on group decision-making at different levels. Thus, it’s necessary to givecorresponding weights to decision-makers to distinguish their degree of influence. However,in the traditional study, the weights of decision-makers assumed equal generally ordetermined artificially when social choice function is used to solve the social choiceproblem, which may affect the accuracy of the preferences aggregating.Aim that issues mentioned above that part, based on the results of decision-makerchoices and logistic regression analysis, this paper intends to divide the decision-makercommunities and the alternative areas, determines the decision-makers weights, buildsweighted social choice function, and compares the computational results of the weightsocial choice function and the traditional social choice function. The social choice functionwith different decision-makers’ weights improves the accuracy of the results of thedecision-making and improves the non-uniqueness results to some extent. There are severalresearch emphases in several ways of this paper:1. Based on the decision-makers’ preference choice results, it analyzes the attributesensitivity of decision-makers and establishes the attribute sensitivity analysis model todetermine the related factors and the degree influencing decision-maker choice behaviorsaccording to logistic regression analysis. Through analyzing the sensitivity ofdecision-makers to the alternative attributes, not only this model determines the relevantinfluence factors, but also the influence degree can help divide the decision-makerscommunity.2. Combined the subjective weight and objective weight of decision-maker, itdetermines the comprehensive weight of decision-maker rationally. The comprehensiveweight takes into account the information of individual characteristics, and reduces the arbitrariness of subjective weighting methods, which distinguish the influencing degree ofdecision-makers with different backgrounds on decision-making outcomes.3. It analyzes the effect of the decision-makers’ weights on the non-unique results ofsocial choice. Based on the determined decision-makers’ weight, this paper analyzesrespectively the effects of the weights on the dualistic social choice results and the ordinalsocial choice results. The analysis result indicates that the effect of the decision-makers’weights on the dualistic social choice results is not obvious, but the decision-makers’weights can improve greatly the non-uniqueness of the ordinal social choice results, whichthe weighted social choice function can solve the non-uniqueness of the ordinal socialchoice results to some extent, to improve the efficiency of the decision-making.Based on constructing the sensitivity analysis model, the paper proposes a new methodfor determining the decision-makers’ weight, which enriches the social choice functionmodel, and improves the function non-unique results, increasing group decision-makingefficiency.
