Study On The Modern Logistics System Of Zhejiang Province And Its Measures

In the recent years, some regions start to develop logistic industry. But the theoretical research is so weak that the practice of regional logistics is blocked to a certain extent. Because of the quick development of regional logistics in practice, it is urgently required to establish the theory on regional logistics in coordination with the development of logistics industry.At the beginning of this thesis, the development and the characteristic of modern logistics are analyzed. At the same time, the affection of modern logistics on the regional economics is expatiated.The thesis analyzes the exterior environment of modem logistics development, such as macrocosmic environment, logistic facilities, storage facilities, logistic communication, market system environment and professional environment. On the base of these analysis, we can conclude that Zhejiang Province has the condition and the imperious need to develop modern logistics industry.On the base of analyses of the peculiarity of regional logistics,3PL(Third Party Logistics), Distribution Park, the volume and the problem and the sticking point of the logistics of Zhejiang Province are summed up. By analyzing the status of the logistics industry of Zhejiang Province, such as transportation, foreign capital enterprises, economic feature, commodity trade markets, chain enterprises, e-business and so on, the conclusion can be made that the demand of the modern logistics of Zhejiang Province is very huge and the potential is prosperous.By the method of time series, we forecast the logistics production value and GDP of Zhejiang Province, and establish a model to describe the relation of logistics production value and GDP.Finally, by referring to the experiences of developing logistics industry in developed countries, some suggestions are put forward to develop modern logistics industry of Zhejiang Province from the points of both government and logistics enterprises.
