Study On Regional Logistics System Under Regional Economy

Since the reform opening, Chinese economic districts have conflicted very strongly, specially in the economic transformation period, regional economy conflict causes or deteriorates lots of important macroscopic and microscopic economic problems, this will have bad influence on Chinese development . Therefore it is very importance of realistic meaning to overcome regional economic conflict and enhance regional economic cooperation to economic stability and development of districts and whole country.Modern logistics industry is the result of economic globlization and deepening the society of dividing work .The level of its development is an important sign that evaluates synthetic economic level of a city or a regional economic district.Regional logistics system is an important component of regional economic system.Regional economic cooperation can make reasonable layout for regional logistics and adapt to reasonable layout of industrial structure.which can lower logistics cost and promote the development of district logistics.lt can push the development of regional economy to establish regional logistics system on the foundation of regional economic cooperation and avoid the war between regional logistics districts.This paper begins with logistics theories and regional economic theories. It discusses the reason of developing regional logistics system, the relation of regional economy and regional logistics, evaluation index of regional logistics system.Then analyzes the environment of Wuhan establishing regional logistics center and the environment of Wuhan city cluster developing regional logistics system, brings up the strategy of Wuhan city cluster developing regional logistics system-with the guidance thought of regional economic integration , following the sequence gradually, firstly developing efficient regional logistics system with the center of Wuhan which will fulfill internal demands in Wuhan city cluster,subsequently developing regional logistics system with the center of Wuhan city cluster in Hubei Province.On the foundation, developing regional logistics system with the center of Hubei in Center China economicdistricts and making Hubei regional logistics system become an important regional logistics system of connecting East and West China.Finally, it analyzes the development mode of Wuhan metallurgy products logistics center-an important part of Wuhan city cluster regional logistics system: enterprises operate, integrate existing resources, increase new resources ,divide stages to develop and become the most perfect metallurgy products logistics center of Center China.
