MNCs' R&D Internationalization And Countermeasures To Our Country

The essence of MNCs' R&D internationalization is the Multinational Corporations' international activity engaged in research and development of new technology, new products in the world, breaking through the home country, according to different comparative advantages on the talent, scientific and technological strength, scientific research infrastructure of host country, through setting up R&D organizations or cooperating abroad.Our country has already become the investment focus of MNCs' R&D now with opening to the outside world further to deepen after our country has entry to WTO. So, studying MNCs' R&D internationalization and countermeasures to our country has important realistic meanings.In the west, many scholars have conducted the massive research regarding MNCs' R&D internationalization. But they only analysis the agent of it, and restricted in Multinational Corporation itself and the home country, lacks to host country dissect, lacks to our country dissect. Our country also had many scholars to launch the research regarding this, but because time is relatively short, they only have studied and translated some foreign relevant materials, and have put forward some views, but lack systematic research on this question.Present paper research mentality as follows: Grasps the concept of current R&D internationalization of Multinational Corporation, the content and the tendency; Grasps the rationale of current R&D internationalization of Multinational Corporations, analysis the agent of R&D internationalization of MNCs; Understood the present situation and the characteristic of R&D internationalization of MNCs in our country; Analyzes the influence of R&D internationalization ofMNCs to our country; Then, proposed countermeasures our country should adopt from the government and the enterprise in two stratification planes.
