Recently, with the development of medicinal circulating system reform in our country, competition of medicinal circulating industry become more fierce. Furthermore, medicinal circulating enterprises in our country were faced directly competition of overseas enterprises with abundant capital, advanced marketing strategy and mature management system, along with overseas business enterprises entered on a large scale after entering WTO. How to improve medicinal circulation in new circumstance? How to improve medicinal industry competing power? It is necessary to develop modern medicinal logistics and integrate enterprise logistics resource. So, there are so many investment put into medicinal industry, then, the problem of layout logistics center has raised.With the theories and methods of logistics center, and combining design of medicinal logistics center in Hubei Jiuzhoutong .Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd, this article has researched some design method and layout way on medicinal logistics center. Through the research work in this article, the author want to rectify the mistake that some medicinal enterprises equate the developing of modern medicinal logistics with the constructing of modern warehouse. On downright transformation of the traditional managing ideas, patterns and measures, we can reforge enterprise operation flow, and integrate enterprise interior resources. With all this work, there can be a few taches, short distance, low cost, high efficiency and information accessible logistics system. Aiming at some problems like standardization and turnover unit in medicinal logistics centres, deformity of bar code, and the technical puzzle in automation choose, classifying drugs and logistics turnover speed, the author bring out some practical schemes.This article consists of seven chapters. Firstly, it introduces the aim and task of the research. In the second chapter, according to the universality and particularity of drugs, the author brings forward methods of classifying drugs and analysing basic planning datum. Making detailed EIQ analysis about orders of half of year, it gains conclusion about EIQ analysis. In the base of essential datum and basic analysis, the article raises a general layout program in the thirdchapter, including: activity capacity layout, storage area, platform of receiving and delivering goods and activity area project, routing of drug out and in warehouse and supplement. In accord of layout precept, this paper conduct activity process layout and realizing project, mainly included: in and out warehouse, handling, checking, supplement and returning goods, distribution etc. In the fifth chapter, it introduces principle of equipments option of logistics center and technic parameter of storage equipments, handling equipments, conveyer system, and analyse activity capacity of palletizer and in and out conveyor, and bring forward some requirement on assist fixtures. In the sixth chapter, it introduce management information system of logistics center, especially about deposited location, goods datum, inventory, in and out warehouse, supplement and returning goods, distribution management etc. Finally, aiming at the problem in layout, the author brings up his own suggestion and opinion.
