Study On Layout Optimization Of Emergency Logistics Warehousing Center Of Army A Force

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of emergencies has increased many uncertainties in emergency rescue work.The emergence and rapid development of emergency logistics provide solutions for dealing with emergencies,and also put forward higher requirements for the layout of warehouse centers,which are key links in emergency logistics.Emergency logistics warehousing,as an important part of logistics activities,can make emergency logistics fluid abundant,ideal flow,simple process,fast flow.However,at this stage,the operation efficiency of warehouse centers in most emergency logistics units is not high enough to meet the needs of efficient operation of emergency logistics.Therefore,how to improve the operation efficiency of emergency logistics warehouse center and reduce disaster losses has become the goal of all emergency units.The continuous optimization and improvement of the layout of emergency logistics warehouse center is an important factor to improve the operation efficiency of emergency logistics warehouse center.This research takes the Army A Force Emergency Logistics Warehousing Center as the research object,combines the current situation of the development of Emergency Logistics and the analysis of the layout status of A Force Emergency Logistics Warehousing Center,and finds out the problems existing in its layout,such as the inefficiency of linking up the operation process,the ambiguity of functional zoning and the lack of systematic planning of the plane layout.In excavation,SLP(System Layout Design Method)is used to optimize the operation flow,functional area division and plane layout of emergency logistics warehouse center layout,and three sets of layout optimization design schemes are generated.Then,Witness simulation software is used to evaluate and select the scheme,and the optimal layout scheme of the warehouse center is obtained.Finally,the emergency logistics warehouse of the army is improved.This paper puts forward some measures to promote the implementation of the plan in the aspects of management level,promoting the construction of infrastructure and equipment of the emergency logistics warehouse center of the army and improving the comprehensive quality of the emergency logistics professionals,so as to effectively enhance the rapid response ability of the emergency logistics of the army,ensure the efficient utilization of various operational links and functional areas,and improve the operationalefficiency of the emergency logistics warehouse center.The conclusions of this study will provide a reference and valuable research ideas for the layout optimization of emergency logistics warehousing centers in military emergency units.
